Impact: There will be a one-time outage lasting approximately 1 minute during this window. During this period, you will not be able to initiate new calls. However, any live calls in progress will not be affected and will continue as usual.

Service Interruption for Customers in the EU Region:
Date and Time: March 3, 2024, from 21:00 to 22:00 (UTC)
Impact: Customers in the EU region will experience a service interruption that prevents the creation of automated calls using our API and Power Dialer.
